Job summary
Feedzai is seeking a Solution Consulting Manager for EMEA to lead a high-performing team delivering our RiskOps platform to top financial institutions across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will partner with regional leadership to shape GTM and drive strategic opportunities.
You will coach and enable the team, align resources with regional revenue goals, and collaborate with Product, Engineering and Delivery to meet market needs in a dynamic, remote-first environment.
Qualifications
- 2+ years leading or mentoring pre-sales/solution consulting teams.
- 7+ years as Solution Consultant/Pre-sales in enterprise B2B software.
- Deep experience in Financial Services, focused on Financial Crime, Risk Management or Fraud Prevention.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and empower the EMEA Solution Consulting team to deliver the RiskOps platform.
- Drive enablement, best practices, and scalable enablement programs for technical sales teams.
- Partner with the EMEA GM and regional stakeholders to align resources with revenue targets and GTM plans.
- Engage with stakeholders across major opportunities; participate in executive interactions and deal reviews.
- Manage staffing and resource allocation across campaigns; ensure flawless execution.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Delivery to capture regional requirements and influence roadmaps.
