Job summary

Nike is seeking an Athlete for its Amstelveen store to deliver premium consumer experiences by understanding customer needs and offering complete solutions through Nike products and services. You will support back-of-house operations and keep an inspiring sales floor.

Responsibilities include handling transactions, stocking, merchandising, and training new teammates while maintaining a dynamic, inclusive environment. Flexible hours with weekends and holidays required; EU work permit if needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and product knowledge.
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
• Willing to work a variety of retail hours including weekends/holidays.
• Passionate about the Nike brand and culture.
• EU work permit if not an EU citizen.

Responsibilities

• Deliver premium consumer experience by understanding customer needs and offering solutions.
• Support in back-of-house operations and maintain an inspiring sales floor.
• Assist with cash register, shipping/receiving, stocking, cleaning, and visual merchandising.
• Train and mentor entry-level teammates to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Contribute to loss prevention through proactive customer engagement.
