Mediq is seeking a Senior Learning & Capability Specialist to translate business priorities into scalable learning solutions across the Benelux. You will work with HR, operations and experts to design interventions that measurably boost performance and development.

In this role, you work across business units, with a strong focus on the Benelux organisation. You partner with business leaders, HR, operational teams, facilitators and subject‑matter experts to identify capability needs and translate them into scalable, practical and impactful learning solutions.

You advise stakeholders on the right learning approach, design programmes that can be scaled across teams and business units, and ensure that learning initiatives deliver measurable impact.
You combine strategic thinking with execution. Depending on the need, you may design a learning journey, coordinate an external partner, advise on digital learning solutions, facilitate a session yourself or help leaders translate a capability challenge into a concrete development roadmap.
You will take ownership of learning and capability initiatives from initial analysis through design, implementation and evaluation.

You are an experienced learning professional who combines subject‑matter expertise with strong stakeholder management. You understand how adults learn, but just as importantly, you understand how to connect learning to business performance.
You are comfortable advising senior stakeholders, managing multiple initiatives at the same time and moving between strategic conversations and practical delivery.
