Job summary

ALOIS UK in Amsterdam seeks a Senior Employee Relations Partner – EMEA (Contractor) to provide expert guidance on complex ER matters across the region. The role partners with HRBPs, Employment Legal and leaders to deliver sound ER outcomes.

You will lead investigations, advise on performance, grievances and disciplinaries, support Works Councils, and help design ER processes and training. The role requires 6+ years ER experience across many countries and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Employee Relations/HR experience across EMEA.
• Extensive experience managing complex ER cases and investigations across multiple countries.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and ER practices across EMEA including Works Councils.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex ER casework and investigations across the EMEA region.
• Advise leaders and HRBPs on performance management, grievances and disciplinary actions.
• Handle multiple ER cases in parallel, including high-risk, confidential matters.
• Partner with Global ER, HRBP, Employment Legal, and stakeholders to drive ER outcomes.
• Establish intake, governance and operating processes for ER and Works Council matters.
• Support ER projects and training across the EMEA region.
• Develop and deliver ER training for managers on PM, difficult conversations and compliance.
• Use ER data to identify issues and drive preventative improvements.
