Job summary

Under Armour in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Lead, Teammate Relations EMEA to lead employee relations and investigations across Retail and Corporate populations in the region. The role requires governance of sickness/leave processes, collaboration with HRBPs, Payroll, Legal, and Vendors, and stewardship of compliant and scalable ER practices.

You will design governance frameworks, RACIs, and country process flows, ensuring neutral, confidential handling of sensitive matters while driving risk

Qualifications

• Extensive employee relations experience, including investigations and remediation.
• Strong knowledge of employment law across multiple European countries.
• Experience in sickness/Leave of Absence governance and absence management.
• Ability to design governance frameworks, RACIs, process flows and manager guidance.
• Ability to coach managers and HRBPs while remaining neutral and confidential.

Responsibilities

• Lead ER cases, investigations, and employee concerns across EMEA Retail and Corporate.
• Advise leaders and HRBPs on policy application, risk mitigation, and compliance.
• Govern sickness and leave processes; develop governance frameworks and dashboards.
• Develop ER playbooks, training materials, and scalable processes.
• Collaborate with HR Operations, Payroll, Legal and external vendors.
