Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Brand Marketing Lead for ProCare Services in EMEA, based in the Netherlands. You will translate strategic priorities into marketing programmes, enablement tools, and customer value content that drive growth and integrate ProCare into capital sales opportunities.

You will lead cross-functional marketing operations, pricing, quoting, product data and dashboards, while partnering with BU Brand Marketing and regional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, business or related field.
• 4+ years of work experience in international marketing, brand management or service marketing.
• Experience developing/executing marketing plans and sales enablement activities.
• Strong commercial and operational understanding including pricing, quoting and product data.
• Ability to lead/manage marketing projects to ensure timely outcomes and growth.
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into marketing programmes, sales education and customer value content.
• Coordinate and execute ProCare strategy across EMEA with central and regional teams.
• Lead central tactics and campaigns delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Develop customer value propositions and sales tools communicating ProCare value.
• Manage pricing, quoting and product data; keep information accurate.
