Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of Brand Managers.
• Define and execute annual and long-term EMEA portfolio strategy.
• Drive portfolio growth through innovative marketing campaigns and commercial excellence.
• Develop scalable EMEA marketing assets and campaigns for localization.
• Partner with divisional leadership on portfolio development, launches and lifecycle management.
• Analyze market trends and competitor dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
