Responsabilités

As we continue to accelerate robotic adoption across EMEA, we are looking for an experienced marketing leader to shape the future of one of our fastest-growing strategic platforms. This is a highly visible leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in complex international environments and enjoys bringing people together around a shared commercial vision. As Senior Brand Marketing Manager, Mako EMEA, you will be responsible for defining and executing the regional brand strategy that drives adoption, customer engagement and long-term portfolio growth.

• Develop and execute the long-term EMEA Mako brand strategy
• Integrate Mako into annual marketing plans across the Knee and Hip portfolios
• Lead pan-EMEA marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives
• Partner with US upstream and downstream marketing teams to align global and regional priorities
• Build strong relationships with local marketing teams, commercial leaders and key opinion leaders
• Develop scalable marketing assets and programmes that can be localised across Europe
• Support product lifecycle management, launches and portfolio growth initiatives
• Analyse market performance and identify opportunities to accelerate growth
• Mentor and develop Brand Marketing team members
• Influence senior stakeholders across multiple business units within a complex matrix organisation

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years of professional experience
• Significant experience within medical devices
• Strong background in Capital Equipment and/or Robotics marketing or commercial roles
• Previous people leadership experience
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking
• Experience working successfully in complex international matrix organisations
• Fluent English communication skills
