Job summary

Horizon3.ai in Amsterdam is seeking a Manager of Sales Development to lead and scale a global SDR team. You’ll be hands-on in coaching on cold calls, OB handling, qualification, and multi-channel outreach while aligning with RevOps and Enablement for efficiency and playbooks.

A strong background in cybersecurity SaaS and CRM-enabled teams is required. You will drive pipeline, hire and onboard new SDRs, and foster a culture of excellence with data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 2+ years SDR management experience in a high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and scale an SDR team of 7–10 per pod.
• Develop SDRs in cold calling, objection handling, qualification, multi-channel outreach.
• Partner with RevOps and Enablement to improve tools, processes, and playbooks.
• Foster a high-energy culture with psychological safety and healthy competition.
• Own the SDR funnel end-to-end; forecast pipeline and enforce SLAs.
• Hire, onboard and ramp new SDRs with structured training.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and data quality across regions.
• Translate SDR conversations into market intelligence for GTM.
