Responsibilities

• Maintain master data including pricing and customer information in internal systems (e.g., SAP/SPS).
• Monitor and analyze inventory levels, safety stock, and forecast data to support supply planning.
• Process and manage customer orders, delivery dates, and inbound schedules.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly, providing accurate product availability, pricing, and delivery info.
• Coordinate with vendors, factories, and third-party suppliers for timely, cost-effective procurement.
• Serve as main contact for key accounts, ensuring smooth order handling, shipment, and invoicing.
• Track order trends, forecast accuracy, and customer demand to support planning decisions.
• Issue invoices and proforma invoices; review AR and follow up overdue invoices, process logistic invoices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and remote colleagues for aligned operations.
• Follow up on incomplete or incorrect data with internal and external stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for high satisfaction and ongoing support.
• Support Sales with customer documents, CRM updates, sales reporting, sample coordination, and admin tasks.
