Job summary

Delta is seeking a Sales Coordinator in our EMEA region, based in Helmond. You are service-oriented, understand customers’ needs, and collaborate effectively across cultures to expand our market presence.

You will support the Sales team and other departments by managing master data, pricing, inventory planning, orders, invoicing and cross-functional coordination with vendors and remote colleagues to ensure timely, cost-efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in the relevant field is required.
• Minimum 2 years working experience with SAP in a supply chain management role within a dynamic international environment.
• Basic import-export knowledge is required.
• Proficient SAP transactions and Office software knowledge (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience in international organizations and ability to work under pressure while prioritizing and solving problems.
• Strong team player able to manage multiple stakeholders with high-quality, timely and accurate work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.
• Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, R, SQL).

Responsibilities

• Maintain master data, pricing and customer information in internal systems (e.g., SAP/SPS).
• Monitor and analyze inventory levels, safety stock, and forecast data to support supply planning.
• Process and manage customer orders, delivery dates, and inbound schedules.
• Respond to customer inquiries with accurate information on product availability, pricing and delivery.
• Coordinate with vendors, factories and third-party suppliers for timely procurement.
• Serve as the main contact for key accounts, ensuring smooth orders, shipments and invoicing.
• Track order trends, forecast accuracy and customer demand to support planning.
• Issue invoices and proforma invoices; review AR and follow up overdue invoices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and remote colleagues for aligned operations.
• Follow up on incomplete or incorrect data with internal and external stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for high satisfaction and ongoing support.
• Support Sales with customer documents, CRM updates, sales reporting, sample coordination and admin tasks.

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator in our business in the EMEA region, located in our Helmond office. You are a service-oriented person who understand the costumers’ needs and work effectively across culture. With your knowledge and experience, you contribute to the enlargement of our EMEA market presence by supporting our Sales team and other departments.

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly, providing accurate information on product availability, pricing, and delivery.
• Coordinate with vendors, factories, and third-party suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
• Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring smooth order handling, shipment, and invoicing.
• Track and analyze order trends, forecast accuracy, and customer demand to support planning and decision-making.
• Issue invoice and proforma invoice. Review AR/ follow up overdue invoice and process logistic invoice
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and remote colleagues to ensure aligned and efficient operations.
• Follow up on incomplete or incorrect data with internal and external stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and ongoing support.
• Support the Sales team with customer documents, CRM updates, sales reporting, sample coordination, and admin tasks to ensure smooth and professional customer engagement
