Job summary

Delta Energy Systems is seeking a Sales Coordinator for the EMEA region, based in our Helmond office. You will support the Sales team, manage master data, pricing, and customer information, and coordinate cross-functional activities across cultures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years working experience with SAP in supply chain management.
• Basic import-export knowledge.
• Proficient SAP transactions and Office software (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience in international environments and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong team player with ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.
• Experience with data analysis tools (Power BI, SQL).

Responsibilities

• Maintain master data, including pricing and customer information, in internal systems (e.g., SAP/SPS).
• Monitor and analyze inventory levels, safety stock, and forecast data to support supply planning.
• Process and manage customer orders, delivery dates, and inbound schedules.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly, providing accurate information on product availability, pricing, and delivery.
• Coordinate with vendors, factories, and third-party suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
• Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring smooth order handling, shipment, and invoicing.
• Track and analyze order trends, forecast accuracy, and customer demand to support planning and decision-making.
• Issue invoice and proforma invoice. Review AR/follow up overdue invoice and process logistic invoice.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and remote colleagues to ensure aligned and efficient operations.
• Follow up on incomplete or incorrect data with internal and external stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and ongoing support.
• Support the Sales team with customer documents, CRM updates, sales reporting, sample coordination, and admin tasks to ensure smooth and professional customer engagement
