Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the coordination of customer return shipments.
• Track inbound return shipments and report delays.
• Receive faulty equipment and perform accurate inbound processing.
• Provide first-line customer support for faulty equipment queries.
• Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance in SAP and internal systems.
