Responsibilities

• Coordinating all facets of the supply chain process with the various supply chain stakeholders.
• Timely and accurate entry, maintenance and monitoring of Origin Bookings and Shipments in VIZIV.
• Timely and accurate entry, maintenance and control of Real Time Notifications (RTNs) according to Century"s procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of the customers.
• Collecting, following up, checking and processing (electronic) documents from vendors, carriers of the customers.
• Creating and issuing invoices to suppliers as well to customers.
• Daily follow-up and execution of export shipments out of the EMEA region that are allocated through Century Network agencies.
• Guiding and assisting vendors in carrying out export-related matters and using VIZIV.
• Creating, maintaining and updating files/shipments through MS Teams and VIZIV.
• For our NVOCC business you will be coordinating with stakeholders, creating freight/origin service quotations for customers/vendors, issuing BL's, filing AMS and all tasks associated with NVOCC.
• Assisting where necessary with coordinating implementation of new customers, vendors, agents and/or carriers.
• Achieving customer satisfaction and building relationships with customers; handling customer inquiries, claims and complaints.
• Regularly reviewing with customers and cooperating with the operations team to achieve the KPI agreed with the customers.
• Defining, measuring and ensuring customer satisfaction across different stages.

Job requirements

• You master the English language, both orally and in writing.
• 1 to 3 years’ experience in international logistics (ocean, air, road, & import/export compliance), freight forwarding or retail supply chain is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with all levels, mature, strong enthusiasm with a solution-oriented mindset are required.
• Passion to make a difference, self-motivated, result-oriented with good customer service senses, analytical skills.
• Minimum completed MBO or higher education required.
• Self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, manage risk, able to work under pressure and deal with problems.
• MS Office experience, including Excel, Word, PDF etc.
