Job summary

Link Snacks, Inc. seeks a Head of Revenue Growth Management EMEA to lead RGM across Europe, the Middle East and Africa from Amsterdam.

You will establish frameworks, guide pricing, packaging, and promotions, and partner with Sales, Marketing, Category, and Finance to unlock profitable growth. Based in Amsterdam with a hybrid model (3 days in office, 2 days remote), you will drive capability development and manage an opportunity pipeline across brands and channels.

Qualifications

• Strong quantitative and analytical foundation with the ability to translate data into commercial recommendations.
• Experience translating data into actionable market strategies and growth plans.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Category and Commercial Finance.

Responsibilities

• Build and embed RGM frameworks across EMEA.
• Develop pan-EMEA pricing principles and monitor across markets.
• Establish pack-price architecture and optimize product mix.
• Drive promotion effectiveness and optimization across markets.
• Optimize trade investments across markets and customers.
