Job summary

Link Snacks in Amsterdam is seeking a Digital Performance Manager & AI Manager EMEA to analyze social media performance, consumer insights, and measure campaign effectiveness. You will optimize digital marketing activities and enhance the brand across channels, reporting to the Marketing Director EMEA.

The role requires strong analytical skills, consumer focus, and the ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced digital environment.

Qualifications

3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in social media, digital marketing, marketing analytics, or consumer insights.
Experience managing social media content across platforms and analyzing performance.
Experience with market research using consumer, market, and performance data.

Responsibilities

Conduct research and analyze customer, consumer, and market data to understand audience segments and trends.
Support and execute digital marketing campaigns, including content planning and channel integration.
Gather and analyze social media data to measure performance and guide decision-making.
Develop performance reports and dashboards to measure ROI and engagement.
Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences.
Create AI-generated digital assets and content for social channels with brand consistency.
