Job summary

Under Armour seeks a Retail Design & Development Lead to manage NSO and refurbishment programs across the EMEA region within its Distributor business. You will coordinate with regional teams, vendors, and internal functions to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to brand standards.

Lead end-to-end store openings, drive process improvements, and manage Smartsheet-based tracking while coordinating with global vendors and distributors to support the brand across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field or engineering preferred.
• 10+ years managing retail development projects in international markets.
• Proven track record leading store openings, refurbishments and rollouts.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, Smartsheet; SketchUp a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize NSO processes, tools, and partnerships to support the EMEA strategy.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards in all store executions.
• Oversee the Distributor NSO program, openings and refurbishments on time and within budget.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation for projects.
• Lead regular meetings with distributors, internal teams, and vendors.
