Under Armour, Inc. seeks a Manager Inventory & Allocations to lead a team responsible for allocation, inventory control, and transfers across EMEA wholesale, distributors, and DTC channels.

The role requires strong system knowledge and the ability to drive process improvements. The candidate will develop the I&A roadmap aligned with the Long Range Plan, collaborate with regional leaders, and act as SME for deployment of new functionalities while guiding teams in a data‑driven culture.

• Proven system and process knowledge related to order management and inventory management.
• Strong analytical skills to identify risk and opportunities from system data and propose mitigations.
• Able to conceptualize complex matters for clear cross-functional communication.
• Proven people management capabilities to guide and inspire teammates.
• Escalates timely to Sr. Manager with risks, impact and resolutions.
• Passionate about data, tech affinity, and driving a data-driven culture.
• Strong in root cause analysis requiring cross‑functional input for resolutions.
• Able to work under pressure and prioritize effectively.
• Fully embraces Under Armour values and leads by example.

Responsibilities

• Manage team responsible for allocation, inventory control and corrections, transfers and troubleshooting for EMEA Wholesale, Distributors and DTC channels.
• Oversee allocation decisions to optimize service levels and stock positions.
• Monitor inventory discrepancies between systems, stores, and partner locations; maintain processes.
• Develop and drive the I&A roadmap aligned with LRP direction and stakeholder input.
• Engage with internal/external partners to translate needs into actionable ideas.
• Ensure knowledge sharing and education with direct reports on new functionalities.
• Build expertise on allocation, deliveries, ATP and inventory movements; act as SME for EMEA.
• Serve as regional SME and UAT for I&A on regional and global projects.
• Coordinate with Global counterparts and NA team to harmonize processes.
