Job summary

Under Armour in Amsterdam is seeking a Professional, EMEA DTC Operations (OPS) to ensure best-in-class service across Direct-to-Consumer channels, elevating the customer experience and driving long-term profitable growth within the EMEA supply chain. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support eCommerce, Marketplace, and Retail, and monitor orders to meet service levels.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with MS Office, including advanced Excel, and SAP, preferably FMS.
• Enterprise mindset with interest in Retail and Digital supply chain operations.
• Critically think and solve problems efficiently; identify issues and resolve timely.
• Self-starter; manage multiple requests with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate as a teammate; drive stronger outcomes through collective effort.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management.
• Experience in eCommerce, Marketplace, and/or Retail in fast-paced environment.
• Process mindset with process optimization and systems experience.
• Effective interaction and communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor outstanding orders across the three DTC channels and address delays to meet customer expectations while controlling costs.
• Serve as the DTC OPS subject matter expert, troubleshoot issues, and propose process improvements.
• Identify outliers and risks, propose solutions, and escalate effectively when needed.
• Communicate the state of the business for eCommerce and Marketplace outstanding orders during peak periods.
• Drive Retail fulfillment in close collaboration with Retail partners and DH teams.
• Support owned and operated Brand Houses and Factory Houses in EMEA to deliver premium service.
• Collect forecast inputs from Planning and Allocation partners and update outbound planning.
• Support the Manager with benchmarking, reporting, and IT/external partner requests.
• Assist in testing activities such as new carrier implementations.
• Manage the Retail floor set change flow and capacity planning.
• Onboard new Marketplace partners and design supply chain flows with unified measures.
• Impact consumer-facing parts of the supply chain from checkout to delivery summaries.
• Coordinate activities with consignment partners about outbound shipments and returns.
• Work with Inventory & Allocations to avoid stock discrepancies and ensure compliance.
