Job summary

ASICS EMEA is seeking a Store Development professional to lead design, construction and maintenance of ASICS retail spaces across EMEA from our Hoofddorp headquarters near Amsterdam.

You will oversee budgets, timelines and vendor coordination, ensuring brand standards are met while driving store improvements and new openings. This role requires 4+ years in omnichannel retail store projects and a degree in architecture or retail design.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of omnichannel retail overseeing store design and construction across EMEA.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture, interior design, or retail design.

Responsibilities

• Manage design and construction for store projects per guidelines and standards.
• Create budgets and oversee approvals to deliver within budget and timeline.
• Oversee all project management tasks including approvals, presentations and stakeholder management.
• Proactively manage repairs and maintenance of the store fleet with health and safety focus.
• Assist with annual budgets for retail real estate management (rent, capex, repairs).
• Assist with lease negotiations and coordinate with landlords for store development projects.
• Support delivery of store development projects including openings, refits, relocations, closures and maintenance across ASICS-owned stores.
