Job summary

Under Armour in Amsterdam is seeking a Professional, EMEA DTC Operations (OPS) to ensure best-in-class service across Direct-to-Consumer channels. You will drive seamless fulfillment, analyze data for improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support eCommerce, Marketplace and Retail initiatives.

The role requires hands-on experience with MS Office and SAP, a strong interest in digital supply chain, and a background in eCommerce or Retail.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with MS Office and SAP.
• Strong interest in Retail and Digital supply chain operations.
• Experience in eCommerce, Marketplace and/or Retail.
• Problem solving and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor DTC channel orders and address processing issues to meet delivery targets.
• Serve as DTC OPS subject matter expert, propose process improvements and automate where possible.
• Collaborate with Planning, Allocation and Retail teams to ensure efficient fulfillment.
• Communicate updates on eCommerce performance and support testing of new initiatives.
