Job summary

Eastman Chemical B.V. is seeking a Regional HR Manager based in Rotterdam to lead HR across the EMEA region, including the Netherlands, United Kingdom, and beyond, with India as a partner region.

The role oversees a team of HR professionals, drives workforce strategies, and partners with senior leaders to deliver HR solutions at both business and manufacturing sites. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in European HR leadership, strong stakeholder management, and deep knowledge of regional labor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Master preferred.
• Typically 5+ years in HR leadership within Europe.
• Experience leading projects and partnering with international stakeholders.
• Proven track record managing multi-country HR teams and complex structures.
• Experience in corporate/commercial and manufacturing or industrial sites preferred.
• Strong knowledge of regional labor laws and cultural nuances.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with HR data analytics and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR leadership across the defined European region and India.
• Lead and develop a team of HR leaders located in multiple countries.
• Partner with senior leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver HR solutions.
• Oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws across all countries in the region.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and regional HR budgets.
• Collaborate with regional HR peers across regions to share best practices.
