Job summary

OPW is seeking an experienced HR Manager, EMEA to support our Dutch entities (Demaco, SPS, FTS) and future expansion across the Europe, Middle East and Africa region. The role combines hands-on HR leadership with strategic business partnering to align local practices with OPW/Dover standards.

The successful candidate will drive post-merger integration, strengthen HR processes, and lead recruitment and talent development initiatives in a growing, international environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner in an international environment.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into practical HR actions.
• Experience with HRIS systems (Workday) is beneficial.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (both required).

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to regional leadership, including the Managing Director EMEA.
• Lead HR activities across the Dutch entities, ensuring alignment with global HR strategies.
• Drive and support post-merger integration efforts, aligning local organizations with OPW/Dover standards.
• Strengthen and professionalize HR structures, processes, and policies across the region.
• Support talent development, performance management, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, succession planning, and change management.
• Support recruitment activities across the region in collaboration with Talent Acquisition.
• Contribute to the implementation of HR systems (e.g., Workday) and drive adoption across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws in collaboration with external partners and internal stakeholders.
• Lead and develop a small regional HR team.
