Job summary

Vanderlande, headquartered in Veghel, Netherlands, is seeking a Regional Team Lead HR Service Desk for the EMEA region. You will lead the 1st line HR services team, manage KPIs, and drive service delivery excellence across multiple regions in a hybrid work model.

You will ensure adherence to global HR processes, enhance knowledge bases, and support continuous improvements while coordinating with HR Partners and Centers of Expertise. Fluency in English is required with Dutch a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
Experience in international environment and operating within a Service Delivery Model.
Relevant experience in HR Operations or HR Service Desk.
Strong people leadership and coaching capabilities.
Experience in global or matrix organization is preferred.
Solid understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle.
Customer-focused with a strong service mindset.
Analytical with ability to translate data into actionable improvements.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR Service Agents to deliver high-quality support.
Deliver HR services in line with defined processes and SLAs.
Drive process improvements and knowledge base maintenance.
Monitor KPIs, dashboards, and backlog trends to identify improvements.
Act as escalation point for complex or sensitive HR cases.
Coordinate with HR Partners and Functions and manage stakeholder communication.
