Job summary

Synthomer is seeking an experienced EMEA Product Manager to own a portfolio of products produced at Middelburg and sold across the EMEA region. You will shape product strategy, pricing, profitability, and market growth while aligning with manufacturing and supply chain capabilities.

The role emphasizes data-driven analysis, lifecycle management, and collaboration with Sales and Marketing to drive customer value and business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Product Management, Commercial Management, Pricing, or related field.
• Experience in chemical industry, specialty chemicals, polymers, or industrial B2B environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio strategy and profitability for products across the EMEA region.
• Define product strategy, lifecycle management, and data-driven decision support.
• Develop regional pricing strategies and monitor margin performance.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Technology teams.
• Support new product commercialization and market expansion initiatives.
