Job summary

ERIKS is seeking a high-impact Manager for Product Group Tools, Maintenance & Safety to define and execute the category strategy across ERIKS. You will drive profitability, portfolio optimization, supplier performance, and cross-country synergies, owning the product portfolio, assortment strategy, supplier strategy, product roadmap, and pricing framework.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in product management, category management, or strategic procurement.
• Experience within industrial, technical, or engineering environments.
• Strong supplier and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience managing product lifecycles and category performance.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop category strategy and product portfolio across ERIKS.
• Define country portfolios, assortment governance, and lifecycle management.
• Drive portfolio optimization, product introductions, and phase-outs.
• Establish balance between Own Brand and A-Brand offerings.
• Define supplier strategy and manage partnerships.
• Negotiate A-Brand distribution agreements.
• Support supplier portfolio optimization and long-term collaboration.
• Define category pricing strategy and governance.
• Set pricing principles and margin objectives.
• Monitor profitability and guide country teams.
• Lead category marketing and market positioning.
• Develop go-to-market approaches and sales playbooks.
• Support local sales and marketing plans with market and product expertise.
