Job summary

Uber Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced People Partner leader to head the EMEA team, overseeing delivery across all businesses, functions, and countries.

Reporting to the Global People Partner Lead, you will coach a team of Partners, partner with regional leaders on complex people matters, and drive regional execution of global programs. You bring data-driven, hands-on leadership, and a passion for scaling HR operations while shaping how Uber supports its people.

Qualifications

• 10+ years HR experience including leadership roles
• Ability to coach and develop a team of HR professionals
• Strong generalist HR knowledge: performance, ER, talent, org change
• Ability to influence senior leaders and provide practical solutions
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills in a matrix environment

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the EMEA People Partner team with consistent HR support across the region
• Advise regional leaders and HRBPs on complex people matters and org health
• Lead regional HR initiatives, change management, and labor relations matters
• Drive regional execution of global People programs (PM, talent reviews, etc.)
• Ensure compliant, scalable HR delivery across multiple countries
