Flexport, Inc. is seeking a People Business Partner to provide comprehensive HR support across our growing region. You will guide managers through onboarding, internal mobility, absence management, and offboarding, while applying SOPs and collaborating with legal as needed.

You will lead employee relations, compliance, and performance management, balancing efficiency with relationship-building. This role supports scalable HR processes for a fast-growing multinational team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience in a hands-on, operational role, ideally across multiple countries.
• Deep understanding of labor law in the Netherlands and the UK.
• Strong attention to detail and a natural affinity for processes and SOPs.
• Hands-on and resilient: able to prioritise and stay decisive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Exceptional people skills: handle sensitive matters with tact, and be confident enough to push back constructively.
• Proficiency in HRIS (Workday or similar) and other HR technologies.

Responsabilités

• Be the first point of contact for manager requests and guide onboarding, mobility, absence management and offboarding following SOPs.
• Ensure compliance by applying local labor law in day-to-day cases across operating countries.
• Provide managers with guidance on performance management and oversee appraisal cycles.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for employee relations and develop relationships with leaders and staff.
• Assist in policy guidance to align with local needs and regulatory requirements.
• Support recurring projects like annual review cycles and legal change implementations.
