You will coach senior leaders, lead a small team, and operate across several countries, shaping organizational strategies and talent planning in a scaled international business. Qualifications

• 12+ years of People Partner/HRBP experience
• Experience across multiple EMEA countries
• Strong HR knowledge: talent management, change management, performance management
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced, matrixed environments
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Able to influence at all levels of the organization

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to shape organizational strategies that support business goals and talent planning
• Act as a trusted advisor and coach senior leaders to improve leadership and team performance
• Lead initiatives driving organizational effectiveness, design, governance and scalability
• Navigate complex matrixed environments using collaboration and influencing skills; promote program adoption
