Job summary

Nike is seeking a Payroll Analyst to execute day-to-day payroll and deliver accurate, timely processing for our athletes. You will partner with stakeholders to streamline end-to-end processes, enhancing controls and efficiency across multi-country payroll environments.

Responsibilities include data reconciliation, statutory obligations, audits, and Tier 2 support for employees and managers. Experience with Workday/SAP/GlobalView/SDWorx is preferred.

Qualifications

• End‑to‑end payroll knowledge across multi-country environments.
• Ability to manage deadlines and sensitive employee data with accuracy.
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reconciliation.
• Experience communicating complex topics to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day payroll process.
• Submit timely payroll and statutory obligations.
• Ensure outsourcing partners meet SLAs and controls.
• Record payroll metrics and support audits.
• Provide Tier 2 payroll support for employees and managers.
• Handle year-end activities and payroll funding/disbursement.
