Qualifications

• 5+ years in payroll, HRIS, or HR operations.
• Experience in vendor-managed payroll environments (ADP).
• Experience with HR systems (SuccessFactors EC, ONB, REC) and time systems.
• Strong integration knowledge and multi-country transformation delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own payroll governance and vendor ownership across EMEA.
• Manage outsourced payroll providers, SLAs, and incidents.
• Ensure compliance, audit readiness, and data integrity.
• Lead cross-functional projects and system enhancements.
• Provide data-driven payroll analytics and reporting.
• Support HR teams and governance forums.
• Coordinate global/regional projects and stakeholders.
