Job summary

Nike’s People Solutions Consulting (PSC) is hiring an HR professional who thrives as a trusted coach to People Managers. You’ll provide full scope HR generalist support, advise on complex cases, and partner with HRBPs and COEs to design win-win solutions.

As a generalist lead consultant, you will standardize core HR processes, upskill managers, and activate strategic HR projects, using data to identify trends and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Versatile HR experience across various areas of the employee lifecycle.
• Judgment and curiosity to navigate complex, sensitive, and conflict-heavy situations.
• Coaching and conflict-management skills with ability to reach fair outcomes.
• Facilitation and presentation skills to deliver engaging sessions.
• Collaboration with HRBPs, COEs and People Solutions teams to design win-win solutions.

Responsibilities

• Coach People Managers through complex situations across the lifecycle.
• Standardize and optimize core HR processes.
