Job summary

Nike is seeking a Payroll Analyst to execute day-to-day payroll with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery for our athletes. You will partner with Labor/Tax Compliance and Finance to ensure a compliant end-to-end payroll process across multi-country environments.

The role involves data reconciliation, posting to the general ledger, and providing Tier 2 support while driving continuous improvements in processes. Dutch payroll knowledge is a plus, with exposure to Netherlands operations.

Qualifications

• End-to-end payroll experience across multi-country environments.
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reconciliation.
• Experience with HR shared services and payroll operations.
• Ability to communicate complex payroll topics to stakeholders.
• Familiarity with payroll compliance and statutory obligations.

Responsibilities

• Compile/reconcile data from various sources for payroll processing.
• Submit timely payroll and statutory obligations including taxes.
• Ensure payrolls are accurate and SLA-compliant with vendors.
• Record payroll metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Support year-end activities and GL postings.
• Provide Tier 2 payroll support to employees and managers.
