Job summary

Avolta is seeking an HRIS Specialist (EMEA) to oversee end-to-end payroll governance, HR systems, and transformation initiatives across multiple countries. You will own payroll vendor performance, HRIS integrity, and data-driven operations, working with ADP and major HR platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in payroll, HRIS, or HR operations.
• Experience in multi-country payroll environments is a plus.
• Strong vendor management and governance capabilities.
• Experience with HR systems such as SuccessFactors EC, ONB and REC, and payroll integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own payroll governance and vendor ownership across EMEA.
• Manage outsourced payroll providers (e.g., ADP) including SLAs and escalation.
• Ensure data integrity, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance across payroll activities.
• Lead system enhancements, releases, and integrations for HRIS landscape.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support and collaborate with IT and vendors on architecture.
