Reddit is expanding its EMEA Mid-Market sales team in Amsterdam to grow our book of business with end-to-end responsibility. You will manage strategic conversations, drive revenue with agencies and advertisers, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns.

You will operate in a fast-paced environment, owning client relationships from demand to delivery, while leveraging Reddit’s advertising solutions to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• 9+ years in online media sales.
• Strong knowledge of the DACH media landscape.
• Experience in advertising sales or account management.
• Proven ability to monitor campaigns and optimize.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Excel/GSheets proficiency.
• Self-starter with a growth mindset.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Responsabilités

• Own a book of business with end-to-end sales responsibilities.
• Generate advertising revenue from agencies and direct advertisers.
• Manage quarterly revenue quotas.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to hit targets.
• Lead client meetings from agenda to close with clear next steps.
