Job summary

Reddit is seeking a sharp, positive self-starter to join our Mid‑Market team in Amsterdam. The Agile Client Account Executive will rotate across teams to maintain sales continuity and drive revenue growth across Reddit Sales EMEA.

The role requires 5+ years in sales, a strong background in digital media, and proven ability to win new business while growing existing client partnerships. Fluency in English is required, with German or French a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in digital media/advertising.
• Fluent English; German or French a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide seamless sales support to ensure continuity and coverage.
• Manage and grow revenue from an assigned book of business with agencies and direct advertisers.
• Own a quarterly revenue quota and deliver against targets.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals.
• Partner with Account Managers to build long-term client relationships.
• Lead client meetings end-to-end with clear outcomes and next steps.
• Serve as the primary contact for client communications and platform updates.
• Offer strategic guidance to strengthen client performance and partnerships.
• Support agency development programs with education sessions and workshops.
