Job summary

Arc’teryx is seeking a Director of Planning for EMEA to define the regional planning framework across B2B, Retail and eCommerce. You will align inventory, sales, margin and productivity targets with regional goals, lead cross-functional decisions, and drive enterprise planning maturity.

You will own the Integrated Business Planning model and establish governance, cadence and performance metrics while mentoring a high-performing regional team to support growth and profitability across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in cross-channel planning (Retail, Merchandising, Inventory, Allocation).
• Deep expertise in MFP, OTB, Demand and Inventory Planning.
• Strong financial acumen: revenue, gross margin, working capital, inventory productivity.
• Advanced analytical and strategic planning capabilities.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and presenting strategies clearly.
• Proven success in leading, coaching and developing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Own planning strategy for B2B, Retail and eCommerce across regions.
• Lead enterprise cross-functional planning decisions with multiple functions.
• Drive cross-channel prioritization balancing DTC and Wholesale objectives.
• Establish regional inventory investment strategies and governance.
• Own the IBP operating model and governance for alignment across plans.
• Set and monitor planning performance metrics and forecast quality.
• Drive adoption of advanced planning capabilities and automation.
• Anticipate risks and develop mitigation plans to protect growth.
