• Managing standardized installation and service programs for new product launches, upgrades, and evaluations
• Supporting preparation and execution of medical equipment installations
• Acting as main contact within service for standard installations and upgrades
• Managing demonstration equipment pools for congresses, training sessions, and events
• Creating and closing service cases in the global service management system
• Maintaining install base data and releasing orders for installations/upgrades
• Coordinating logistics processes related to equipment and parts
• Ensuring accurate administrative processing of service activities
