Job summary

Nike, Inc. is seeking a Lead Digital Capabilities at its European Headquarters to shape and enhance digital consumer experiences across EMEA.

You will define capabilities, influence roadmaps, and drive delivery of innovative digital solutions that elevate the consumer journey. This temporary assignment runs until May 2027, with flexible hybrid work (3 days in the office, 2 from home) and a strategic, cross-functional collaboration across Digital, Technology, Commercial and Consumer Experience

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in digital product management, ecommerce, or related field.
Strong understanding of digital consumer experiences and online platforms.
Ability to translate business needs into digital solutions and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

Lead development and optimization of digital capabilities across Nike platforms.
Identify business needs and translate into scalable digital solutions.
Partner with Digital, Technology, Commercial, and Consumer Experience teams.
Drive end-to-end project execution from discovery to adoption.
Influence product roadmaps with business insights and market perspectives.
Monitor digital performance and deliver actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with Global and EMEA partners for successful launches.
