Eaton is seeking a Marketing Manager, Energy Transition (EMEA), reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Marketing, Energy Transition. You will lead regional marketing initiatives across Europe, the Middle East and Africa while supporting the global strategy for Eaton's Energy Transition portfolio.

Qualificações

• Minimum 7 years of experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, marketing communications, or demand generation.
• Experience supporting industrial, electrical, energy, infrastructure, sustainability or technology-related businesses.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute regional marketing strategies that support Energy Transition objectives across EMEA.
• Collaborate with regional sales, product management, business development, and commercial teams to support growth.
• Serve as the primary marketing liaison for EMEA Energy Transition activities and input into global planning.
• Develop integrated marketing programs to drive awareness, engagement, and demand generation.
• Lead regional product launch activities including messaging, campaigns, communications, and events.
• Coordinate with global marketing to ensure brand consistency and thought leadership.
• Partner with strategic stakeholders to support co-marketing initiatives.
• Create customer-focused content and sales enablement materials for regional audiences.
• Manage participation in industry events, conferences, and webinars across the region.
• Work with global digital teams to optimize content, SEO, and paid media.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory developments to inform strategy.
• Establish KPIs and ROI metrics for continuous improvement.
