The Director, EMEA Marketing will serve as a strategic catalyst for regional growth, collaborating with Sales & Service leadership to architect and execute transformative marketing initiatives that drive market expansion across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This influential role demands a visionary leader who will reimagine traditional approaches, infusing creativity and innovation into every facet of the marketing strategy—from comprehensive market analysis and integrated media campaigns to digital presence optimization and high-impact trade show activations. Directing EMEA's marketing roadmap, this leader will have budget and strategic planning responsibilities, leveraging data-driven insights and cutting-edge marketing techniques to elevate brand visibility, sharpen product positioning, and accelerate commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company’s EMEA marketing strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation, with a particular focus on leading the discovery and execution of growth initiatives
- Ownership of Customer Value Creation Process (CVCP) Quadrants 1 and 4 - Develop ad deploy integrated marketing plans
- Lead deployment of all aspects of digital marketing, public relations, and content strategy across the EMEA region
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Global Marketing & External Communications, Product, Sales, and Engineering and Service, to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives
- Collaborate with Sales on MDF and SOP market and volume analytics
- Utilize Allison 360 analytics to drive marketing campaigns and TEV decision making
- Oversee performance marketing, campaign analytics, and market intelligence to ensure data-driven decision making.
- Direct the development of creative assets, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, autonomy and innovation.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing ROI metrics.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and thought leadership platforms.
Key Performance Measures
- Utilizing CVCP ,conduct Voice of Customer surveys and capture customer wants and needs at all customer levels (OEM, Fleet, Dealer, distributor, bodybuilder) and engagement events (local trade shows, events etc.) to measure commercial and go to market strategies t
- Development and deployment of comprehensive Integrated Marketing Plans across all segments within EMEA
- Successfully launch at least 5 Social Media campaigns in the region increasing number of followers, views, CTR etc.
- Develop at least 8 content-rich customer case studies
- In partnership with Sales, develop and implement at least 5 growth initiatives or improvements to the sales process in order to accelerate product into the market and raise revenue
- Realize at 12 trade shows & events for customer engagement through full event process: from briefing, VoC collection and meeting logging during show to post-show recap report and debriefing with the team.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
Experience
- 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing leadership roles, ideally within technology, manufacturing, or B2B sectors.
- Proven success in building integrated marketing campaigns that deliver measurable business impact.
- Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, agencies, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Creative mindset paired with a data-driven approach to strategic decision-making.
