Job summary

Delta Energy Systems seeks a senior operations leader to anchor the regional EMEA platform. You will consolidate data, draft strategic plans, and act as a central bridge across Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure execution and alignment of initiatives.

You will coordinate end-to-end daily operations for both solution and branded product lines, monitor KPI performance, perform revenue analyses, and drive cross-country improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or related.
• 10+ years of experience in Business Operations, Commercial Operations, Sales Operations or Customer Operations within international environments.
• Proven experience supporting regional and global operations across cross-functional teams.
• Experience leading end-to-end business processes with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain and Finance.
• Experience leading ERP implementation, business system optimization and digital transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of commercial operations, customer operations, supply chain and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Platform Leader in drafting and consolidating regional strategy and business plans.
• Act as a central communication bridge across departments to track the progress of strategic initiatives and ensure a high degree of execution.
• Consolidate cross-functional data and business intelligence to provide management with a holistic, end-to-end view of the regional portfolio.
• Coordinate end-to-end daily business operations across the EMEA region for both solution and branded product lines.
• Track KPI achievements, conduct revenue gap analyses, and formulate practical recovery plans.
• Collaborate with cross-country teams to identify operational bottlenecks and support initiatives that improve overall performance.
