Job summary

Fluke is seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager for its EMEA team. You will develop integrated campaigns, sustainment action plans, and partner with Commercial Strategy, Sales, and Product Marketing to understand customer personas and product applications.

You will collaborate with Channel Marketing, Demand Generation, Digital Marketing, and agencies to ensure consistent customer touchpoints and reinforce strategy, while joining a diverse EMEA Marketing Communications team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; 5+ years in vertical market campaign strategies or similar.
• Proven ability to plan and execute 360 marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with strong messaging.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated marketing campaigns and sustainment action plans with cross-functional teams.
• Lay out monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing plans including multi-channel campaigns.
• Track campaign progress and report performance to partners and leadership.
• Collaborate with Channel Marketing, Demand Generation, Digital Marketing, and agencies to align touchpoints with strategy.
• Analyze results and optimize plans to address gaps or opportunities.
