Job summary

Delta is seeking a Channel Marketing Manager to develop and execute channel marketing strategies aligned with sales objectives across IT and data center partners in Europe. You will plan joint campaigns with distributors, resellers, and system integrators, and manage MDF and co-marketing activities.

You will organize partner events, trainings, and seminars, support campaigns with ready-to-use materials, and collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Regional Marketing to grow the channel

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in channel or partner marketing.
• Experience in the IT or technology industry; data center experience is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to develop and execute channel marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Hands-on experience planning and executing events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute channel marketing strategies aligned with sales objectives.
• Create joint marketing plans and campaigns with distributors, resellers, and other channel partners.
• Plan and execute partner events, exhibitions, seminars, workshops, and other demand generation activities.
• Support partners with marketing materials, campaigns, product launches, and sales tools.
• Manage market development funds (MDF) and co-marketing activities with Sales and channel partners.
• Generate leads through joint activities with channel partners and coordinate lead follow-up and campaign reporting with Sales.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Regional Marketing to support channel business growth.
