Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Senior Director of Marketing to lead the marketing function across digital, e-commerce, and demand generation. You will work with Sales and Portfolio Management to drive revenue growth and market presence in a large-scale distribution context.

The role requires 30–50% international travel, a global mindset, and strong leadership of a sizeable marketing organization. Office-based with flexibility across European sites.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's plus 8 years in digital marketing and e-commerce within a B2B environment.
• Preferred fields: Life Sciences, Computer Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration, or related.
• Proven expertise with marketing technology stacks and big data analytics.
• Strong leadership of managers and large organisations in international contexts.
• Experience in international, matrix organisations.
• Data-driven marketing initiatives with measurable ROI.
• Strong business acumen and financial management skills.
• Experience in marketing automation tools and budget management.
