Job summary

Lonza’s Drug Product Services (DPS) team seeks an experienced EMEA Sales Associate Director based in Europe. You will drive new business opportunities, grow existing accounts and partner with BD, Global Sales, Account Management and Marketing to promote drug product development and manufacturing capabilities across the region.

You will build relationships with technical experts to executives, deliver territory plans, and provide market insights to shape strategy.

Qualifications

• Fluent English in written and spoken form, with ability to operate across multiple countries.
• Proven track record selling aseptic filling and fill-finish services (liquid vials, lyophilised vials, cartridges, PFS/syringes).
• Experience leveraging CRM tools to manage major accounts and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business opportunities for DPS across the EMEA region.
• Develop strategic relationships from technical staff to C-suite executives.
• Differentiate Lonza’s drug product services through market insights and go-to-market strategies.
