Job summary

Nike Inc is seeking an accomplished operations leader to serve as Director, EMEA Global Process Delivery within People Solutions. This role shapes how shared HR services are delivered across a diverse region, leading teams and systems behind hire-to-retire and Total Rewards experiences.

You will partner with HR COEs, Global Hub, and payroll leadership to standardize processes, improve controls, and drive continuous improvement, while developing capable teams and transparent escalation paths.

Qualifications

• Proven success leading complex regional HR operations and shared services.
• Ability to build operating systems with ownership, controls, and continuous improvement.
• Experience with Workday and ServiceNow core HR systems.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Define a regional operational roadmap aligned with enterprise priorities.
• Build a clear operating model with ownership, service measures, and escalation paths.
• Strengthen delivery between EMEA and the global hub with aligned accountability.
• Oversee end-to-end workforce operations and payroll readiness.
• Lead an accountable leadership team and foster growth-oriented culture.
