Job summary

• Set strategic direction for EMEA HR operations and regional delivery.
• Oversee end-to-end HR processes including data, contracts, and lifecycle transactions.
• Ensure payroll readiness, data accuracy, and vendor coordination.
• Establish transparent operating rhythms and governance for service health.
