Job summary

DFDS is seeking a Global Core HR Process Lead to shape scalable HR processes and drive digitalisation across Europe and beyond. You will own the global Core HR processes and master data, and lead Workday-enabled improvements, partnering with the CoE and regional teams to ensure compliance and consistency across the employee lifecycle.

The role focuses on standardising workflows, data governance, and delivering a seamless experience for managers, employees and HR while enabling scalable growth

Qualifications

• Solid experience with HRIS, especially Workday, in an HR function.
• Proven track record in implementing, standardizing, and optimizing HR processes.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, data definitions and governance.
• Experience in managing HR projects with stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to identify inefficiencies and drive effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve global Core HR processes and master data framework.
• Drive digitalisation, standardisation and simplification through Workday.
• Shape the Core HR Workday roadmap together with PeopleTech.
• Connect Core HR processes across Workday and the wider People systems landscape.
• Strengthen HR data governance, quality and compliance with the HR Master Data team.
• Use data and system insights to identify improvement opportunities and drive adoption.
• Partner with Regional HR Service Delivery Heads to balance global consistency with regional and legal requirements.
• Collaborate across the HR CoE to ensure an aligned end-to-end employee lifecycle and process landscape.
