Job summary

Razer Inc. seeks a hands-on HR Manager for the EMEA region based in Amsterdam to drive HR operations, employee lifecycle, and regional initiatives.

You will report to the Global Head of HR and partner with regional leadership, Finance, and Legal to ensure compliant, efficient people processes across multiple European markets. You will manage payroll coordination, employee administration, benefits, and regional compliance, while leveraging HR technologies like Workday and AI tools to optimize

Qualifications

• Strong HR operational and organizational skills across countries.
• Wide knowledge of EU employment laws and HR practices.
• Experience supporting payroll coordination and employee administration.
• Ability to work with HR systems, reporting, and AI tools.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management.
• Discretion and confidentiality.
• Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced regional environment.
• European language capabilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and lifecycle across multiple countries.
• Provide HR support on employee relations, performance management, onboarding, offboarding, leave management.
• Collaborate with the EMEA Leadership Team, regional HR leadership, Global HR, Finance and Legal.
• Handle monthly payroll operations across multiple European countries.
• Manage employee administration, benefits, leave reporting, and regional compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with external payroll providers, EoR partners, and consultants as required.
• Coordinate regional recruitment and talent processes across multiple functions and levels.
• Leverage HR technologies, including Workday®, AI tools, and automation solutions to improve workflows, reporting, and operational efficiency.
• Support and execute regional and global employee engagement and culture initiatives, including company-wide programs.
• Support day-to-day workplace operations and office administration for the Amsterdam office.
• Support regional and global HR projects, process improvements, and organizational initiatives as assigned.
